BENEFICIARIES (as per our standard trust deed)

1. "Primary Beneficiaries" means the persons as set out in the FIFTH SCHEDULE hereto;
2. "General Beneficiaries" means:-
   1. the parties as set out in the SIXTH SCHEDULE hereto, his/her spouse, their grandparents, parents, their brothers and sisters, children, grandchildren, and remoter issue of the parties as set out in the SIXTH SCHEDULE hereto;
   2. the Trustee or Trustees of any other trust (howsoever created) the capital or income of which is or may be held in whole or in part (and whether absolutely contingently or otherwise) for either both of the parties as set out in the FIFTH SCHEDULE hereto and/or for a child or grandchild or remoter issue or stepchild or foster child of the parties as set out in the FIFTH SCHEDULE hereto provided that no part thereof is or may be held for the settlor;
   3. any company nominated in writing by the Trustee to be a beneficiary, being a company in which or which is related to or associated with a company in which a share or beneficial interest in a share is held by either or both of the parties as set out in the FIFTH SCHEDULE hereto:
   4. any Superannuation Fund of which any of the parties set out in the FIFTH SCHEDULE are members;
3. “Beneficiaries” means any of the primary beneficiaries and any of the general beneficiaries. The expression “Primary Beneficiaries”, “General Beneficiaries” and “Beneficiary” shall include any person who from time to time until the vesting date comes within the categories mentioned in the foregoing definitions respectively notwithstanding that such person may not be in existence or have not come into the defined category at the date of this deed.
