QUEENSLAND BUSINESS NAMES
To register a Company that is currently registered as a Queensland Business Name.
- The shareholders of the proposed company must be the proprietors of the currently registered Business Name.
- If the proprietors are not the same as the shareholders of the proposed company, we must cease the Business Name first, by lodging a Form 5 (Notice of Cessation of Business Name)
- A Form 5 (Notice of Cessation of Business Name), must be completed and signed by the current Proprietors. All Proprietors must sign the completed form 5 (Notice of Cessation of Business Name) then must be faxed to us on (07) 3221 9982.
